About Us
Dedicated Educators
We know that learning is easier when you have an excellent teacher. That's why all of our educators have achieved a degree in their field. Some have earned an advanced degree. Our faculty are passionate about teaching and bring their enthusiasm into their lessons. Our founder and administrator, Dr. Elliott has achieved three degrees, including a Ph.D. in Education and brings 30 years of teaching experience to the academy.
First-Rate Curriculum
We have chosen to adopt the Abeka curriculum, a superior system of education. Abeka’s proven approach to teaching helps teachers teach and students learn inclusive of intellectual, moral and spiritual frameworks, based in Christian principals. It begins with a traditional philosophy of education and leads students into moral and ethical behavior that is founded in love and respect. This teacher-directed framework empowers teachers to focus students’ attention on the material they need to learn—in a context and sequence that will help them learn it best. As students begin to grasp what’s being taught, newly acquired concepts and skills are fortified time and again using a method often referred to as spiral learning.
Finally, students’ growing mastery of subject matter is strengthened because of the comprehensive design of the curriculum. Material taught in one subject is reinforced in other subjects. At every step of the way, students learn, apply, and master new concepts and skills. Since education shouldn’t end with a diploma, Abeka gives students a strong foundation for a lifetime of learning.
Exciting Extracurriculars
We will endeavor to offer a wide variety of extracurricular activities, ranging from music lessons, team sports, to art classes. We will have options that cater to every student's interests. Keep an eye out for sign-ups in the future.
